You can download ADO.NET Express on this page. ADO.NET Express is available in two versions - Lite and Professional. Lite version lets you evaluate all features of Professional version for a period of 30 days. After that some code generation features will be disabled but you can continue using Lite version for free as long as you wish.

You can convert the Lite version to the Professional at any time during or after the 30-day period by purchasing the license. After purchase, you will receive an email with a license key that you can enter into the program which convertes it to fully-functional Professional mode which supports all features of ADO.NET Express without any limitations.
